We are not responsible for any lost packages in transit. Please contact UPS customer service with questions.
Orders will be ready for curbside pick-up the next business day. For example, orders placed on Thursday will be ready on Friday + orders placed on Sunday will be ready on Wednesday for curbside pick-up at our Lincoln Square storefront.
If any issues arise with your order, you will receive a courtesy call from our staff with updates. We thank you for your patience!

Return in-store for free or $8.95 UPS return fee via mail. All return fees will be paid solely by the customer.
Any unworn or unused merchandise that is in new condition with its tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Sale items can be returned with tags attached within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
All returns or exchanges must be accompanied with the original sales receipt/gift receipt and original tags attached.
To start your return online, visit your account page and locate the order number you wish to return. From there, please fill out the brief form regarding your return, then we will email you a UPS return label.
Return fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
