Due to COVID, what are the policies for shopping in-store?
We are following all Chicago and CDC guidelines. With this, only 8 customers are allowed in the store at a time and Planet Access will be following strict sanitation and social distance rules.
What are my shipping options?
We ship with UPS for a flat-rate fee of $8.95. Orders will arrive between 5-7 business days.
We are not responsible for lost or missing items while in transit. Please contact UPS Customer Service with questions or concerns if this issue may arise (but we hope it never will!)
What is your return policy?
Free returns in-store or $5 flat-rate fee to return via mail. To return via mail, please contact us via email at [email protected] and we will get back to you shortly with instructions.
Any unworn or unused merchandise that is in new condition with its tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Sale items can be returned with tags attached within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
All returns or exchanges must be accompanied with the original sales receipt/gift receipt and original tags attached.
We cannot return final sale items or products without original tags.
My tracking number is not showing up. What can I do?
